Optoma is set to release the PK-101 Pico Pocket Projector, which is compatible with iPhones and iPods. According to the report from The New York TImes, the Pico Projector uses DLP projection and an LED light source to project an image up to 60 inches. The Pico Projector features a rechargeable battery (1.5 Hours of battery life), Mini USB input, 1000:1 contrast ratio, and it includes a tripod, RCA to Mini-Jack A/V cable, and iPod Kit with Dock Connector cable, and a bag. The projector should be available by the end of the month and it has a retail price tag of $430.
